How Often Do Weight Training

I've tried every approach possible to find the best weight training advice without leaving the gym feeling torn up and in excruciating pain. Things like: how often do weight training, will weight training gain body weight, and tips on weight training with machines. Yeah, I know. Crazy. Even more crazy stuff I tried: women bulking up with weight training; whole body weight training workouts; special weight training programs;

physics applied to weight training; how to breath while weight training. But then, I finally found something that worked! :-)

I know how tough it has been for you to get accurate information that makes building muscle as simple and efficient as possible for anyone at any age. I understand how painful it is workout so much and so hard to only gain a ¼ inch of muscle to my bicep in a year. I've been there, too.

Because of that, I know how great it feels when you finally create unbelievable muscle definition and make everyone's head turn when you enter a room. Just picture how much better your life will be, when YOU are shapely, healthy and defined and you feel like you've got it all.
