Building Muscle Low Body Fat

Like I said, I know how difficult it is to watch your roommate get all the attention in class, at the bar and in the gym. I used to spend my nights at home doing pushups, sit ups and free weights because I didn't want to go out and was too embarrassed to go to the gym.

There is hope. I can still remember how great it felt, when I finally saw my upper body change with every workout which just made me train even harder.
